SIUE Military and Veteran Services will be hosting a FREE showing of FURY in honor of Memorial Day. This showing will take place on June 1 at 5:30pm in the Lovejoy Library.
The 2023 Chamber Choice Awards was a success yesterday! We enjoyed a lovely catered lunch from Bella Milano Catering at Lewis and Clark Community College, presented awards, awarded scholarships (10 to be exact!) to our very deserving Young Adults Committee students, and surprised Kreative Kids Learning Center with a donation from our Young Adults Committee! Thank you to our title sponsor Beverly Farm Foundation and to all our attendees for making this event awesome.

The idea for Paper Planes Ministries began with David being told the simple yet life changing story of the Gospel at the age of 15. Since then he has had a passion to go to poverty stricken and violent communities to tell others about the story of Jesus Christ.
Now with his wife Emily, they are committed to doing just that. The idea for Paper Planes is not an institution, not a building, but a ministry whose goal is to transport kids and families by bus from the projects to a place where they can feel safe, loved, and at home: the local church.
We believe that God will use Paper Planes Ministries to revitalize their communities from being filled with drugs, violence, and poverty to being filled with the life, hope, and love that the story of Jesus Christ has to offer.

The Growth Association serves the following communities in southwestern Illinois: Alton, Bethalto, East Alton, Elsah, Foster Township, Godfrey, Grafton, Hartford, Roxana, South Roxana, Wood River and Wood River Township. The mission of the Growth Association is to provide leadership required to attract, promote and support new and existing enterprise growth throughout the Riverbend community.
